Senators Squeeze Past Stars 1-0

Sonia Mehta fired home the only goal midway through the first period to lead the Senators to a 1-0 win over the Stars in the PMMBHL Girls U14 Championship game Sunday June 26 at the Penetanguishene Arena.

London Atkinson and Sadie Seca assisted on Mehta's goal while Kallee Seca recored the shut out in goal for the Senators.

In the Consolation Final Emma Sandy with two goals and a single marker from Ally Ruston helped the Oilers get past the Flames by a 3-1 score.  Myah Racine added an assist for the Oilers.  Responding for the Flames were Myla Parent with one goal and assists from Ava Cole and Zoe Everson.

Thanks to the efforts of the Girls U14 Coaches the season was a success and the league and the players applaud their contribution throughout the season.
