GAMES
Two 16-minute stop-time periods with qualified certified referees & league convenor observing every game.
EQUIPMENT:
CSA helmet with full facial protection (all youth and females playing coed must wear full facial protection), hockey or ;acrosse gloves, Running Shoes, hockey stick. We strongly recommend sthletic jock/jill, shin pads, running shoes. stick. We strongly recommend that players wear elbow pads and kneepads
