I am hopeful that while playing recreational hockey, a captain doesn't need to bring lesser teams to some semblance of success and good teams to great heights. Either way, Bruno is there for his team and his team is there for him.

Bruno is a fantastic captain that embodies everything great about leadership, competitiveness, fair play. He works hard and will do anything for his team in order to bring group success.

Captains are relied upon to lead teams to greatness. They are supposed to be able to bring lesser teams to some semblance of success and lead good teams to great heights. Bruno failed at this in every aspect. Bruno puts himself first, lobbying officials for an extra assist that he felt he was due and experiencing on-ice meltdowns and crying to Al every chance he gets... A great captain he is...
