Protests

Should your team feel that there has been a technical error in the game and you wish to protest the game.  Please follow these steps:

1)         Inform the Tournament Representative of your teams decision to the protest at the conclusion of the game

2)         Your team will have thirty (30) minutes from the completion of the game and a deposit of $250.00 to file the protest

3)         Please state exactly what your team is protesting and what you feel the decision of the Tournament Committee should be.

4)         The other team will than have thirty minutes (30) to file a reply to the Tournament Committee.

Once the committee has received both the protest and a reply a hearing will be heard for both teams.
