Equipment

All teams are reminded that the policy on equipment. 

Players MUST wear:

1) CSA approved helmet    

2) Protective ice hockey/ball hockey/dek hockey/lacrosse gloves are mandatory. The use of palmless hockey gloves, broomball, lacrosse, or street hockey gloves are prohibited. A glove is considered palmless if any portion of the fingers are exposed. *

*NOTE: competing teams must meet the equipment regulations set forth by their organizations pertaining to gloves and shin pads (Bauer, Mylec, D-Gel, Rovex. Knapper)

3) Identical matching sweaters (short or long sleeve), with matching coloured shorts(base colour)

Goalkeepers MUST wear:

1) CSA approved helmet and cage (‘Cats Eye’ are not permitted)

2) CSA approved glove, blocker, pads and hockey pants

2) Identical matching sweaters (base color)

Knee Pads and Shin Pads

1) All shin/leg pads must be secured and only shin pads made for ball hockey are allowed.  

2) Knee pads must be soft (no hard plastic).  If teh knee pad is part of the shin pad it must be covered with socks. 

NOTE : As this is a North American event, the USA and Quebec teams will be permitted to meet the glove regulations set forth by their associations which allows for the use of lacrosse, dek hockey or broom ball gloves
