Refund Policy

As of January 23, 2025.

The following is the Refund Policy for the Penetang Midland Minor Ball Hockey League. 

Once registered a minimum fee of $20.00 will be deducted from all refunds for administrative costs prior to your first on floor session.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be considered on an individual basis.  Should a player not be able to continue to play due to a medical reason after the 3rd session our league will consider a pro-rated refund based on the circumstances.

U8 to U18 Early Bird Registration Fee of $190.00 (includes a $25.00 refundable jersey deposit)

Prior to 1st Session $170.00, Prior to 2nd Session $140.00, Prior to 3rd session $120.00.  After 3rd session NO REFUNDS.

U8 to U18 Regular Registration Fee of $220.00 (includes a $25.00 refundable jersey deposit)

Prior to 1st Session $200.00, Prior to 2nd Session $170.00, Prior to 3rd session $150.00.  After 3rd session NO REFUNDS.

Mini-Tyke Early Bird Registration $90.00

Prior to 1st Session $70.00, Prior to 2nd Session $55.00, Prior to 3rd session $45.00.  After 3rd session NO REFUNDS.

Mini-Tyke Regular Registration $100.00

Prior to 1st Session $80.00, Prior to 2nd Session $65.00, Prior to 3rd session $55.00.  After 3rd session NO REFUNDS.
