spring 2019 Divisions

Here is all the information you require to register for the 2025 season.

Please print the following two forms and submit the completed forms along with payment to the Penetang-Midland Minor Ball Hockey League. The forms are Fillable PDF's, you can choose to save the form to your device, open the form, type in the form, resave the form and then email it to the league at pmmbhl@hotmail.com or print and mail it to the league.

We also three walk-in registration dates:

Early Bird Fees:

Tuesday February 18 Penetanguishene Arena 6:30 to 8:00 pm

Thursday March 6 North Simcoe Sports and Recreation Centre, Midland 6:30 to 8:00 pm

Regular Fees:

Wednesday March 19 Penetanguishene Arena 6:30 to 8:00 pm
