2024 REGISTRATION FORMS & INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE:  THE EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO FRIDAY MARCH 15th.  

The Town of Midland's Non-Resident User Fee will not be in effect for the 2024 ball hockey season.

Here is all the information you require to register for the 2024 season.

Please print the following two forms and submit the completed forms along with payment to the Penetang-Midland Minor Ball Hockey League. The forms are Fillable PDF's, you can choose to save the form to your device, open the form, type in the form, resave the form and then email it to the league at pmmbhl@hotmail.com or print and mail it to the league.

We also have one remaining walk-in registration date:

Thursday March 21 Penetanguishene Arena 6:30 to 8:00 pm (Regular Registration Fees Apply)
