2023 REGISTRATION FORMS & INFORMATION

Here is all the information you require to register for the 2023 season.

Please print the following two forms and submit the completed forms along with payment to the Penetang-Midland Minor Ball Hockey League. The forms are Fillable PDF's, you can choose to save the form to your device, open the form, type in the form, resave the form and then email it to the league at pmmbhl@hotmail.com or print and mail it to the league.

We also have three walk-in registration dates:

Tuesday March 7 Penetanguishene Arena 6:30 to 8:00 pm (Early Bird Fees Apply)

Thursday March 9 North Simcoe Sports and Recreation Centre 6:30 to 8:00 pm (Early Bird Fees Apply)

Thursday March 23 Penetanguishene Arena 6:30 to 8:00 pm (Regular Registration Fees Apply)
