Two 16 minute stop-time periods with qualified certified OBHA referees & league convenor observing every game.
EQUIPMENT
CSA approved hockey helmet (women’s division must wear full facial protection), hockey, lacrosse or ball hockey gloves and hockey stick are mandatory. We strongly recommend soccer-style shin guards, soft elbow pads, soft knee pads and athletic supporter are recommended.
