Equipment

All teams are reminded that the policy on equipment. 

Players MUST wear:

1) CSA approved helmet - Players must wear CSA approved helmets. Goalies must wear CSA approved helmets/face masks. "Cats Eye" facial protectors are prohibited, unless they are the new CSA approved models. Chin straps must be properly secured.

Full facial protection is required, regardless of age.  

2) Protective ice hockey/ball hockey/dek hockey/lacrosse gloves are mandatory. The use of palmless hockey gloves, broomball, lacrosse, or street hockey gloves are prohibited. A glove is considered palmless if any portion of the fingers are exposed. *

*NOTE: competing teams must meet the equipment regulations set forth by their organizations pertaining to gloves and shin pads (Bauer, Mylec, Knapper, D-Gel, Rovex)

3) Identical matching sweaters, with matching coloured pants or shorts (base colour)

Goalkeepers MUST wear:

1) CSA approved helmet and cage (no ‘Cats Eye’ facial protection)

2) CSA approved glove, blocker, pads and hockey pants

3) Identical matching body sweater

Knee Pads and Shin Pads

1) All knee pads must be either under socks/pants or securred to the shin/calf tight on the outside.

2) All shin/leg pads must be secured inside or outside pants/shorts.  Only shin pads made for ball hockey are allowed.
