Tough pill for the Pens to swallow.  After a terrible performance in game 1, The Penguins come out flying in game 2, scoring 22 seconds in, and win a see-saw battle.  Both teams exchanged the first 2 goals, but mid way through the second the Penguins would score the game winner forcing OT.

In OT, nobody could find the back of the net, and the Penguins couldnt take advantage of a PP in the extra frame, and as all the players for the next game were pressed on the glass, we were going to the shootout.

Coaches Peter Guido for the Pens, and Stephen Lavalle for the Jags had to decide who was going to shoot and perhaps take their team to the next round.  Bad thing for them, nobody scored in the first 3 attempts so the calls were being made to the benches.  Who was going to be the hero??

Finally, in the sixth round, Al Ferreira from the Jags, would slide one past Massimo Cianfranco, and send the Jags to the next round.  Both goalies make some big saves in the game, and both teams put on a great performance for all in attendance. 

Jags advance to the semis, and waiting in the wings...... the Venetian Lions.  Can the Jags dethrone the Kings of the Jungle.......
