Text Summary
Finally the supporting cast of the Pylons show up, and the team responds with a 5-2 win, forcing a game 3 with the N.Y. Nordiques. It was clear early in the game that the Nords were not going to make life easy for the duo of Giustini and Martello. But thats the window the rest of the Pylons needed to shift the Nords attention. Both teams show up with an army for battle, but the Pylons take this one, and the war conlcudes Thursday night. Andrew Diogo helps the offense from the blue line with 3 helpers, and Adam Bevliacqua also helps out with 3 helpers. First period ends, 3-1 Pylons, and they never look back. Iafrate holds the fort in the second, Giustini and Martello connect on 2 goals, and Pylons win 5-2. Guess the Nords just had a bad game, but from the talk in the dressing room after the game, they are not going to take the Pylons lightly again. Game 3 should be a good one, find out who reigns supreme as the T2 champ, and advances to the Provincial championships!!
