Text Summary
WOW!!! Never have seen 2 teams in such a "must win" situation not show up with their starting goalies. On top of that, without any back ups in the building, each team had to designate a player to go in net..... I'm just happy no one asked the convenor for a favor.
Well, the game ended up a good one, and yes, there were some timely saves made. Lee Druken scored 2 and added a helper leading the Jags to much needed win. The Jags haven't found their swagger yet they had from earlier in the season, but the way they played tonight, they may have found it once again.
The Flyers put up a valiant effort, but it just wasn't enough as the Jags went up early, and it just seemed too much of a hill to climb. Jerry Tagliarino scored one, and Theo had the other goal for the Flyers.
Both team better take game 3 serious, and I hope, they show up with their STARTING goalie.
