Text Summary

Seems as if the Lions had already made plans of sweeping the series and strolling into the finals.  Their play was lacklustre at times, and showed no determination at all.  However, the Penguins were a different story.  With their backs against the wall, the Penguins played their best game of the season and prevailed 4-2 to force a final and decisive game 3.

Led by arguably his best game in net, the man with "Spidey" senses, Massimo Cianfrano, would be stellar in goal.  He would shut the door on the Lions and helped the Penguins live to play another day. Paul Tamburro would score the winner, and Stacey Carrol would score 2 goals, including the empty net insurance marker.

Game 3 goes tomorrow night, and if the Lions want that spot in the finals, they better come to play.  Unless of course Massimo "Spidey" Cianfrano has anything to say about that.
