Play-offs Open with Wins by Flyers and Bombers

Monday July 22 with the Flyers and Bombers openning with wins in their respective 2 out 3 semi-finals.

The Flyers got past the Roadrunners with a 5 to 3 win as Sam Gagnon, Brad Baum, Lorne Tessier, Tyler Mayer and Jeff Moreau each scored single goals.  Myles York with two goals and Lenny Robilard with a single replied for the 'Runners.

In the late game, single markers by Chris Boucher, Jessie Moreau, Evan McDonald and Marc Plourde paced the Bombers to a 4 - 2 win over the Titans.  Steve Millar netted both Titans markers.

Game two in both series is scheduled for Monday July 29 at the Penetanguishene Arena with the Titans up against the Bombers at 7:30 pm followed at 8:40 pm with the Flyers facing-off with the Roadrunners.  If game three is required in either series it will be played on Wednesday July 31.
