Last Second Goal Gives Cardinals Championship

Hudson Hamelin scored his second goal of the game with just 1 second remaining in regulation time leading the Cardinals to a 3-2 win over the Blue Jays in the PMMBHL Novice AA Championship game played Monday June 27 at the Penetanguishene arena.

The Cardinals won an end zone face-off with the ball going directly to Hamelin who snapped home the winning marker.  Onix Youngs scored the other Cardinal goal, while Maverick Gouett and Wylie Ladouceur scored for the Blue Jays.

Bourgeois Ravens with four goals and one assist from Dre Pellerin and three goals and four assists from Harper Frazer captured the CC Championship with a narrow 9-7 win over the Hawks.  Logan Jones and Talen McVeen score the remaining Ravens goals.  For the Hawks Keegan Smolin and Jacob Stapley both scored three markers and Michael Belcourt added a single goal.

In the BB Final the Eagles led by three goals from both Carter Dorion and Hudson Robertson got past hte Orioles by an 8-2 score.  Jaxon Duhamel and Ryan Marley netted one goal each for the Eagles.  Matthew Farnan-Lachapelle scored both Orioles goals.

The players and parents would like to thank all the Novice coaches for their leadership throughout the season.
