Wolves Capture U14-PeeWee Title

The Wolves took home the U14-Pee Wee Championship on Sunday June 26 with an exciting 6-5 win over the Mustangs at the Penetanguishene arena.

Ethan Stickles scored two goals to lead the Wolves attack while Trent Dusome, Ty Hutton, Darcy Quesnelle and Cooper Thomson added one goal each.  Wolves assists were from Samantha Larmand with two assist and singles from Hutton, Sydney Larmand and Quesnelle.

For the Mustangs, Lucas Sibley had two goals and one assist, Mason Bath had one goal and two assists, Owen Loughran and Cole McIlravey chipped in with single goals. Kayden Hogan also added an assist.

In the Consolation final the Predators led by Carson Benkovszki and Blake Weicker's both had 3 goals and 2 assists nipped the Rebels by a 7-6 score.  Rounding out the Predators scoring were  Reid Rawson with a goal and two assists and Connor Melvin with one helper.

Max Geere replied with 3 goals and 1 assist for the Rebels, while Eli Willson with two goals, Graham Richardson one goal and assists from Asher Frueh and Xavier Bierworth completed the scoring.
