Titans Champions Once Again

The Titans with two goals from Braedon Dorion and single markers from Frankie Edgecombe and Roscoe Smith captured their third consecutive Penetang & District Ball Hockey League Championship on Friday August 14 with a 4 - 1 win over the Mighty Ducks at the Penetanguishene arena.  Once again the depth of the Titans line-up showed in the win as they control the majority of the play forcing MIghty Ducks goaltender, Dan Earles to make a number of outstanding saves.  Evan Cole was the only Duck player to get a shot past Titans goalie Brian Valentine.

In the Consolation Final, Greg Weeks scored his second goal of the game in overtime to lift the Collingwood Shipbuilders to a 5 -4 win over the Roadrunners.  Kris Dobinson also scored twice the Shipbuilders while Ryan McLeod added a single tally.  Replying for the Roadrunners were Brendan Moore with two goals and Mac Robillard and Brayden Merritt with one goal each.
