Falcons edge Cardinals for 'A' Title

The final night of the Novice Division saw some fantastic action on Monday June 26th at the Penetanguishene arena.

In the 'A' Championship the Falcons edged the Cardinals by a 7 - 6 score to win the title.  Cole Warren paced the Falcons with 5 goals while Owen Clennett added a pair.  For the Cardinals, Ethan Kennedy connect for 3 goals and Gregory Duquette, Connor Lewis and Owen Morrison each scored one tally.

The Hawks scored the last five goals of the game, the final in a shoot-out to win the 'B' Championship by a 6 - 5 margin.  Owen Fuller scored three times for the Hawks including the shoot out winner whle Parker Barron, Nolan Jagos and Ryder Cali netted single goals.  For the Eagles, Tyson Berry scored three and Cameron Rowlandson two.

In the 'C' Championship, two goals each from Finn Price and Riley Piotrowski led the Blue Jays to a 5 - 2 win over the Orioles.  Emmett Lepage rounded out the scoring for the Jays, Ty Hutton and Quinn Smolin scored for the Orioles.
